Court ruling allows Nassau-ICE partnership to remain in place
By Liv Burns Wednesday, February 25, 2026 On Feb. 17, a state judge ruled that the Nassau County Police Department’s agreement with ICE does not violate state law. The lawsuit was presented by the New York Civil Liberties Union to challenge the partnership between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Nassau County Police Department, which allows NCPD officers to be trained and integrated with ICE. A closer look at Farmingdale State College parking

Farmingdale’s profile states that while they expect a student population of 8,650, only 600 students live on campus.
